Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policy 1. Booking Policy All appointments, reservations, or bookings must be made in advance through our approved booking channels (online, phone, or in person). A valid name, contact information, and any required details must be provided at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation notice from us. 2. Deposit Policy A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount and payment deadline will be communicated at the time of booking. Deposits must be paid within the specified timeframe to avoid automatic cancellation of the reservation. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the service unless otherwise stated. Deposits are non-transferable unless approved in advance. 3. Cancellation Policy A. 30+ days prior to event date: Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance are eligible for a full refund minus a non-refundable booking deposit. B. 14-29 days prior to event date: Cancellations within this window will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may incur 50% penalty of the total rental fee. C. 3–6 days prior to event date: Cancellations will result in 75% of the total rental fee being charged, including forfeiture of the deposit. D. Less than 72 hours (3 days) prior to event date Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery will result in 100% of the total rental fee being charged. 4. Rescheduling Policy Requests to reschedule must be made within the same notice period as cancellations. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Deposits may be transferred to a new booking if adequate notice is provided. Multiple rescheduling requests may require a new deposit. 5. Waitlist Policy If no appointments are available, clients may request to be placed on a waitlist. Waitlisted clients will be contacted in the order they were added when a spot becomes available. Availability notifications may be time-sensitive; failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in removal from the opportunity. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a booking. 6. Exceptions Exceptions to this policy may be made at our discretion in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Any exceptions must be approved by management. 7. Agreement By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policy.
